Description

The Abcorn is personally run by the owners, Jimmy and Marjorie Kellacher, and their daughter Maria, who assure you of a warm welcome and friendly attention throughout your stay in Edinburgh.

The Guest House is a large Victorian villa with a private car park, and is set in a quiet and pleasant part of the city, on the A701. Edinburgh city centre is only one mile away and is served by a frequent bus service.

There are seven bedrooms all spacious and bright with high ceilings, large windows and en suite bathroom facilities with showers. The rooms also have colour television, tea/coffee making facilities and central heating throughout.

Edinburgh, is a Festival City, and offers additional entertainment during the three weeks of the International Festival and the Fringe Festival, which are held during August and early September. Throughout the year the city also hosts other festivals, including film, folk, jazz and science.

Policy

Rates are quoted per person per night, and they vary seasonally from £30 to £48. The rates for family rooms will depend on the numbers using the rooms.
