Hi, I am Anastasia. I take pride in my beach house. And when you come for your vacation you will see that! It is steps to a private beach, a short walk to restaurants, and a short drive to all the fun and beauty that montauk has to offer. I keep the house clean and always looking good inside and out. I know that you will enjoy staying here as much as my family and I do.
My family of 5 rented this home after searching the area and looking at not-so-great places. Our #1 priority of any place we stay is that it must be clean. As soon as we went inside you can tell the owner takes extreme care of this place. The private beach right near is perfect for the children. It is a sound side beach making it a little less violent with waves or undertow. Again, perfect for the children. The home has a large deck that's great for eating of lounging. Having the four bedrooms downstairs and a master upstairs is always a plus. The home is also located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be staying there again and would highly recommend this home to anyone.
This was our first time back to Montauk after not being there for 7 years! What a new time we had. The weather was great, the ocean was warm and this house was very inviting and comfortable. I was very impressed with this house upon our arrival. It was clean, well kept, the kitchen stocked with all appliances needed, beds were all made and bathrooms spotless. My 4 kids were very happy have the 1st floor to themselves while my husband and I enjoyed having the second floor to ourselves at night! Montauk was great but the house and its location so close to the beach made it a wonderful vacation. Hoping to come back again real soon!
Fantastic vacation place!! We stayed there with our three children and could not have had a better time anywhere. As soon as you walk in the front door you can tell that the owner really cares about this home. Spotless inside which is very important to us. The set up with the master bedroom upstairs was perfect so the kids had the downstairs to themselves. We much enjoyed the beach across the street and the short walks to some great restaurant's . The large deck was great for some cookouts as well. I would highly recommend this fine home. We all loved it.
We went to Montauk for a long getaway weekend - our family - which includes three children, and friends who have two children. Overall, we really enjoyed the weekend! The house is perfect - large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, spotless, and a perfect spot as it is only steps away from a very kid friendly beach. We spent hours on the beach, went back "home" where we found the outside shower to be extremely helpful in showering the children, relaxed on the deck with a cold drink, watching the sunset. The outside barbaque was terrific, as were the two tables on the huge deck. The tables were far enough apart allowing for kids and adults to enjoy their own "space".
We recently rented this house for a family vacation. The house is fantastic and the area is beautiful. Also the owners are a pleasure to rent from.
