Your intimate, charming cottage within view of the ocean and just a block from the shore awaits your leisure. Located in the northwest corner of California, only 20 minutes from Oregon, you’ll find such wonders as Trees of Mystery, jetboat trips on the Rogue or Klamath River, Redwood National and State Parks, or Fern Canyon within a half day or less travel.

Closer to home is the quiet majesty of the Redwoods, awe inspiring splendor of rugged Pacific shoreline broken by miles of spectacular beaches, as well as a multitude of opportunities for both water and land sports and activities.

The owner, a retired Special Education teacher, wanted for many years to live on this beautiful coast and at retirement, made the move.

Policy

  • $200 reservation deposit or half of the rent for stays longer than 1 week.
  • 10% city tax (no tax for stays longer than 30 days).
  • $200 refundable cleaning & security deposit.
  • Rates are based on 6 or less occupants (adults & children).
