This beautiful Las Olas 102 vacation condo, the Master bedroom has a King bed, a Double-sized futon/couch and big Master bath with a double pride and separate shower and large separate tub. The second Bedroom has one Twin bed and a fold-up small child's bed. The full bath is near these two bedrooms.

It is a wonderfully relaxing vacation home near beach for family get-together's and wedding guests, thought no weddings at this beautiful Playa Del Carmen holiday home near golf course.

The fully equipped kitchen has a Bamboo frame with glass topped table for six. The kitchen also features a new selection with convection oven. It is next to the fun Family Room, with a lavish sectional couch and T.V./DVD/VCR and a hearth.

Las Olas 102 Condo has fun things to do like local crafts shopping, fine ocean view eating, jewelry shopping, and Marini's ice cream and candy shop. And enjoying the seals and the fisherman!

Policy

A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 3 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:-

75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.

50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.

25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
