Natz Ti Ha K201 is one of Playa Del Carmen’s best kept secrets, and a unique travel destination in any season. Located in a secure box canyon, this vacation hideaway is the perfect evade from the daily grind, with infinite opportunities for adventure.

The master bedroom has a king bed with mountain views from a horizontal position. The private balcony looks into the box canyon. The master bath has a dual sink, tub, and shower. The other bedrooms are on the lower level with two queen beds and one amigo. There is a shower/bath downstairs. The downstairs deck can be entered from one of the bedrooms.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are all within one big area with an oak table that seats 8. This newly remolded kitchen has peach hardwood floors, elder cabinets and all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops. This home is fully appointed.

It attributes a living area with a big screen TV, satellite, Wi-Fi connection, quiet reading loft, a relaxed lounging area and private deck. There is also a washer and dryer for your comfort.

Whether you spend your days on the beach, by the pool or just lounging on your private balcony while listening to the calm sounds of your own private rock waterfall, you will be anxious to return to this haven by the sea.

Natz Ti Ha K201 vacation rental rates $1500 per week. Prices are subject to switch without notice.

Policy

A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 3 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:-

75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.

50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.

25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
