Welcome to a wonderful vacation rental property located in an exclusive and most desirable area of Playa Del Carmen.

This condo is beautifully decorated with oil paintings, soft linens in the bedrooms, equipped more like a home than a rental. Downstairs are two bedrooms all with queen size beds, two with TV's DVD’s and two with ocean views. There is a sitting room off these bedrooms in an honorarium with comfortable chairs, table also with an ocean view.

The kitchen has a large fridge, gas stove, ice maker, toaster, blender, coffee machine, nice dishes, good pots and pans, even a crab pot and linen napkins. The living room has a huge sectional sofa with lounge chair, tasteful recliner for those big guys, other comfortable chairs. The gas fireplace is huge and faces the sofa.

In the beautiful Playa Del Carmen, walk down the stairs and you are on the beach, soothing ocean swimming, restaurants, bars, markets, all along the promenade that goes past the cement boat.

Natz Ti Ha J101 vacation rental rates are $1225 per week. Prices are subject to modify with no notice.

Policy

A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 3 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:-

75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.

50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.

25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
