Cocal Leos is a unique beachfront getaway on the shore of the Chixulub. It reflects the true Mexican hacienda style. Cocal Leos vacation rental is very spacious and uniquely decorated and stocked with everything you need to have a fantastic vacation.

The house is comfortably furnished, very ample and you can enjoy the views from almost every room. Big windows and terrace doors enable the cool breeze into the house on those hot Baja nights.

The Fabulous kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils for preparing your favorite meals. Kitchen has a good Mexican taste with traditional Mexican tiles and beautiful cabinets. Dining Area has seating for 8 guests and also has a wine cooler that keeps both red and white wines at various temperatures.

There are miles of un crowded  beach, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, diving, hiking, ATV riding, shopping, great local restaurants, sun, fun and hours of wonderful relaxation.

Rates are varying depending upon the season and special rates apply for holidays and special dates.

A exclusive touch of art and decor will make you want to come back again and again.

 March-June: $$1200 USD per week or $2800 USD per month & 150 USD extra night

Each rental has an extra cleaning fee of $80.00 USD

Holy Week & Easter Vacation each week   $2800

Christmas and New Years eve week will cost $2800 each week.

An extra fee for Air conditioning.

Minimun rental period is 1 week
