My Nephew Who Lives In The Second Floor Of The Building Had Gone To Chef School And Would Also Be Open To Custom-preparing Meals For Indoor Dining.

Great location, great host.
This is an upstairs apartment in a very convenient location. Grocery store 300' The park is one block away, cafe and coffee shops within walking distance. The building is pretty much a time capsule from the early 20th century. It's clean and well kept. If your giving a thought to staying here, do it. I will stay again. -Steve-
My husband and I came with our 2 dogs and were hoping to find somewhere that had quick access to a yard and walkable. Virgil's location did just the trick! The balcony was so lovely to sit on in the morning with coffee and the neighborhood was fantastic (the mail woman even gave both dogs treats). The apartment had everything you would need and was easy to feel comfortable there.
Easy access to groceries, restaurants, parks - perfect stay for the two of us and our little dog. If you have a furry friend - this is THE place to stay.
Loved our stay at this property. Full of character it is in a very quiet neighborhood with two parks and a trail along the Chicago river close by. Aldi supermarket is 2 minutes walk away and we found plenty of restaurants in the area that delivered. Virgil was easy to work with and prompt to respond to my questions. I would definitely stay at this property again.
