There is also a full bathroom with common access. Upstairs there is another guest bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen/dining area, a living room with a full size sofa bed, cable TV and an ocean view terrace complete with patio furniture. Perfect for dining outside, enjoying a your favorite beverage or just relaxing.


The condo and the property.: The unit will accommodate up to six adults very comfortably.
The kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, matching dishes and utensils for six persons.  The condo has marble floors, central air, direct dial telephones, an iron and board, ceiling fans, towels and linens and 2 televisions with cable that have both English and Spanish movies and news channels.  Everything you will need in your home away from home! 
Amenities: The condo is located in Villas Marlin, a private ownership property with controlled access to owners and guests of owners only!  The complex features 3 swimming pool areas with plenty of lounge chairs, a swim up snack bar, 24 hr security, tennis court, private off-street parking, a mini-market, wide white sandy beaches and a gentle surf safe for swimming. Wireless Internet Access included.

Our great Location!: Right in front of Villas Marlin is Plaza Kukulkan, Cancun's newest and largest indoor mall and just a few minutes walk down the boulevard is La Isla Mall, the newest open air shopping center in Cancun.  Most of the islands major area attractions are only minutes away by bus, taxi or car.  It couldn't be more convenient!

We have one of the best locations in the entire hotel zone. Just a short 15 minute ride from the airport. Our address is Km 13.5, Kukulkan Blvd., Cancun, Q. Roo 77500. Right in front of the entrance to Villas Marlin is Plaza Kukulkan, Cancun´s newest and largest indoor mall where you will find over hundreds of different restaurants, shops, mini-markets, drug stores, banks and money exchanges, travel and tour agencies, a bowling alley, cyber cafe's, bars, entertainment, and direct access to taxis and city bus lines. Just a few minutes walk down the boulevard is "La Isla Mall " the largest and newest open air shopping and entertainment center in Cancun. Villas Marlin is great place for family vacations and it couldn't’t be more convenient.

Villas Marlin is a full time private ownership property with 24 hr. security controlled access for owners and guests of owners only. Here you will find a very peaceful and tranquil setting. To make your stay more comfortable there are 3 different ocean front pool areas, one which is a family pool area with a shallow kids pool and a swing/slide set, the main pool area in the center of the property and another that is designated an exclusive adult pool area with three jacuzzi's, plenty of ocean front lounge chairs, palapas for shade, a snack and beverage bar, a tennis court and a wide powdery white sand beach with a safe gentle surf . The pool and beach areas are only a short 15-20 second walk from the door of your condo.

We have very nice weather all year long, a bit cooler December -April months.

- The public transportation system in Cancun is very good and cheap so you may not need a car rental for your whole stay.
