AvailableMy husband and I bought the Jewel of Cabo Pulmo after falling in love with it and with Cabo Pulmo in 2006. It has everything we love, warm water with surf nearby, a beautiful natural garden setting, and a cozy, artful home that is perfect for entertaining and for just us alone. We now live in Chile. My husband works for a vegetable seed production company and I work with certification of organic farmers. We return to Cabo Pulmo every year for as long as possible. It\'s our dream home.
We came from the cloudy & cool Pacific Northwest (yes, even in June) and found the sun and blue skys finally! The mornings on the porch with the birds in the garden are just magical. Our youngest, Kate (5), loved all the hummingbirds and counting geckos at night. The beach right here in the village proved nicest for her with the gentle waves & shallow entry. The older kids (12 & 16) liked the bigger waves on the beach down a few miles. Hard to believe such a beautiful white beach can be completely empty….We really enjoyed the sweet house & gardens – thank you for sharing with us!
What an enormous difference between Cabo San Lucas & Cabo Pulmo! Such a welcoming rest from the hustle of Cabo tourists. Beautiful homes & spectacular flora & fauna here in the gardens surrounding the homes. This was our 2nd trip to Cabo Pulmo and we will certainly return.
Things we will remember: Golden full moon setting between the mountain peaks in the early AM as seen from the rooftop. Watching whales spouting from the rooftop in the afternoon. Dark sky nights with incredib le stars. Your lovely garden. Busy orioles feeding thir nestlings. The pleasure of watching the hummingbirds and others from the lanai. The wonderful colors here – walls, tiles & textiles, dishes, cabinets. Good hiking when it was too windy to snorkel. The kindess of local people. The physical beauty of this place. Thank you!
