Rincon de la Vieja National Park is the most visited park in Costa Rica for 1-day tours. Only the north side has real blue rivers, views of the smoking crater and natural hot springs. All this combines to offer awe inspiring nature experiences.

The nearest major city is Liberia. Most visitors fly into Liberia or drive through the city. Blue River Resort & Hot Springs is convenient to reach from the province's (Guanacaste) famous beaches, the Liberia international airport and those entering or staying by Nicaragua. Also, travelers driving via Upala. For drivers there are signs along the roadway from Liberia, Liberia's airport and from Upala. Transportation is also available and recommended by the Resort , since there is no need for a car during your stay. Contact reservations or submit particulars through the Resort's website form.
