About Alicia I, Alicia lived in Arizona 35 years before moving to Mazatlan. I love to travel and fell in love with Mazatlan the first time I came in 1986. Since then we vacationed here often and we knew this was a place I could feel at home once retired. My house and the patio is big, I we enjoy having guests every season and have met very interesting persons from Canada USA and other countries. Some have turned into special friends who keep coming back. I was an investment banker for 25 years in AZ, so the peaceful feeling of looking at the ocean every day is worth the move. Alicia purchased this Apartment in 2005 Why Alicia chose Las Gaviotas Mazatlan is still a bargain compared to other coast cities with good climate in Mexico. It is a complete city with all modern amenities but also with history and culture. if you like to spend your time on the beach, they are beautiful; but if you want to know more about Mexico and it's culture, music, theater, food, etc., Mazatlan has everything any city can offer, and it's people is very friendly.
