This Large house is built on the side of the mountain with a view of Mexico's largest lake. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner on our balcony or on our Backyard Patio in the shade of large flowering trees. 2 large Bedrooms on the upper floor and the Office / Den on the main floor enjoy a view of the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, furnished rooms and wireless internet make this house ready to move in, and a comfortable home away from home. It is even equipped with a state of the art security system to ensure that our guests enjoy a safe holiday away from home.

Enjoy the cobble stone streets of Ajijic discovering a variety of quaint restaurants, art galleries and workshops. Love the year-round temperate weather and relaxed lifestyle of the Lake Chapala area. Checkout the little theater or the Lake Chapala Society grounds, both located in Ajijic. A minimum stay of 5 days is required.

Occupancy rates are based on Single / Double Occupancy. Additional amounts are chraged per extra individual.

The minimum security deposit is $400 and the Maximum is the value of a full month's stay. This is in addition to the rental amount. Security deposits are returnable within 8 days of the guest's returning the keys to the house.
