This Large house is built on the side of the mountain with a view of Mexico's largest lake. Occupancy rates are based on Single / Double Occupancy. Additional amounts are chraged per extra individual.

The minimum security deposit is $400 and the Maximum is the value of a full month's stay. This is in addition to the rental amount. Security deposits are returnable within 8 days of the guest's returning the keys to the house.

Ajijic's weather is rated to be the second best weather in the world as ranked by National Geographic. Its truly a temperate climate.

An abundance of information can be obtained on the Internet, specially if you're looking at visiting the Lakeside for the first time.

Ajijic is located on the North side of Lake Chapala that is famed for its nearly 35000 expatriats that come from Canada and the U.S. and live here year-round

Great lifestyle alternatives specially related health care practices. An abundance of Medical Practitioners thrive serving the Expatriats and Visitors to the community.

Anytime of the year is wonderful, but the most popular is between the months of January - June.

45 minutes south of Guadalajara Intl Airport. A fixed rate Taxi can be obtained from the Airport Taxi Authority.

Local buses are in abundance during normal business hours. Taxis are reasonable. Car Rentals can be expensive and should be researched. Personal foreign plated cars are commonplace.

The town has cobble stone streets that are very attractive yet can be treacherous. Streets can also be very narrow and sidewalks can be rugged and uneven.

Easy going, reduced stress, artsy lifestyle, relaxed adult alternatives.

Mainly Spanish. Expatriats speak English and make a genuine effort to intergrate into the community. Short term visitors are advised to speak Spanglish but this is not a must.

Living in Ajijic can be very reasonable for any budget conscious visitor. Restaurants offer great value.
