The barn is also available for barn weddings. There are wonderful walking paths, bridle paths and more to explore. It's only 30 minutes to Killington Mountain, and closer for other great ski mountains. The house is only 4 hours from New York City, 2 hours from Boston. Bring your horse! The barn fours wonderful stalls and heated tack room. There are heated garages for ten cars or more. Looking due south, the house has three porches. One fully screened and covered, another covered and the largest open to the south with amazing views and sunsets to the west! Come play badminton, or take the sleds down the pasture. The studio is attached to the main house by a heated subterrainean connector. The main house is brand new. It boasts super fast fiber optic internet, flat screen TVs and surround sounds systems. No need for slippers, your feet will be toasty warm over the radiant heated floors throughout. There are three fireplaces and an great game room. Come and enjoy.

Beautiful property and Dan was very accommodating, would definitely go back.
This large, well-maintained home is located in a private setting with great views of Ascutney. There are many areas both inside and out for guests to gather including a game room and large deck overlooking the pasture and hillside. Dan, the host of the property, was very welcoming and accommodating -- always available for any questions or concerns. If you have a large group, you can't go wrong with staying at Dan's wonderful home.
My friends and I (10+ of us) had a blast at the Tinkham Hill Farm. The host was extremely accommodating and flexible. It was pretty easy to get to -- straight up 93 onto 89 and south on 91 -- less than 2 hours from Salem, NH line. There is plenty of room throughout the house with a great basement including darts, billiard, ping pong table, and TV. The kitchen is open with plenty of space that is connected to a great porch and sun room. It was very clean and we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a private party or a relaxing get away. Thanks, Daniel, for sharing your place.
