The Colonial House Inn is a full service Country Inn with a public restaurant and lounge, open year round, in the center of Cape Cod on Historic Route 6 A. Rates are $90.to $160. For 2 people, Includes Breakfast & Dinner (full menu). A registered Historic landmark with 2l rooms. All rooms have private baths, TV’s, telephones, free wireless, air conditioning, canopy beds and antiques.rates Other amenities include, heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, Computer Busines room, sun deck, beautiful garden sitting area with waterfall and fountain, year round restaurant, lounge with full liquor. All public areas and some rooms are handicapped accessible. Function rooms seat up to 150, with an outdoors-garden area available for Weddings and Receptions. Within walking area are nature walking trails, golf, tennis, fresh and salt water beaches and antique shops. |

A deposit of one night stay, by check or credit card, is required. For a full refund, cancellations must be received 72 hrs. prior to arrival date, (minus a $25.00 non-refundable per day reservation fee), Cancellations received after 72 hrs. will not be refunded. A no-show, (no cancellation courtesy call received), will be charged the full amount of the stay. Changes in arrival or departure dates (made after the 72 hrs. deadline) will be billed at the full rate. As we have a limited number of rooms, and do not over book, No exceptions to these polices will be made. Well behaved pets are welcome in most guest rooms, with advance notice, at an extra $5.00 per pet, per day, service charge. |

We stayed here for three nights in October 2010 while traveling around New England. The Inn is very fitting with the Quaint New England style of building and could not be more central on Cape Cod. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Carriage House building and the room was average in size but well decorated with everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable Beds. For anyone staying at cooler times of the year the heating controls worked almost instantly! The free continental breakfast was outstanding and contained an array of muffins, banana bread, really fresh fruit, French toast, quiches with tea, coffee and juice.The dinners at night which were also included were Excellent! The food was terrific as well as the service and hospitality. We will absolutely stay there again.
