Our beautiful 160m²/1725sqft villa is located on an quiet cul-de-sac minutes from Cape Coral´s Yacht Club community park and beach. It includes a master suite with king size bed and a workplace where you can leave your computer stuff. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third room has two twin beds. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has plenty of counter space for preparing meals and a pass-through to the patio. Our vacation home comes with all the amenities you need like Sat-TV in two rooms, BOSE entertainment system, books, games and of course WiFi.
Enjoy the gorgeous Florida sunsets in the back yard while barbecuing and dining, or relaxing in the heated pool, or just lounging in the deck chairs on the screened-in patio which overlooks two canals. Enjoy sunbathing and fishing from the boat dock or rent our 21´Hurricane Sundeck Outboard boat (not included) to explore the Caloosahatchee River or nearby islands and beaches.

We rented the house for the second time. Everything worked without reunification. Very pleasant is the uncomplicated contact and the nice organization. We arrived this time very late at night (or very early in the morning). It was very pleasant that Carolin had provided us with a small breakfast assortment. The support on site is very good, everything works as discussed ... also the briefing and delivery of the boat. The house is very quiet, you hear a maximum from and to "noise" from the garden machines in the neighborhood to maintain the lawn .... but that is not avoidable.
We stayed for almost 14 days in Cape Coral and spent the first time our holiday in a vacation home. The location of the house, the loving, clean and complete facilities, made our holiday a complete success. Highly recommend we can also the boat, with which we have made very nice tours during our stay. Both Caroline's "home instruction" and Scott's briefing were very pleasant and competent. We will definitely be repeat offenders!.
Villa Pinecrest is a truly fine home. My wife and I made our second visit in 2016. Located on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood with the canal waterfront at your door. As a bonus, the house is located on a corner lot so you have water on two sides of the property. The yard is spacious and well landscaped. The house is spotless and equipped with all the equipment you will need to enjoy your stay. Bicycles, beach chairs, coolers etc are also provided. The lanai/pool area faces the West so you enjoy the afternoon sun and fine sunsets from your outdoor dining area. Caroline, the property manager is attentive and friendly. The house is a thirty minute drive to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach and a five minute drive to the Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach. It is also convenient to restaurants and shopping. All in all, you can not go wrong at Villa Pinecrest.
We spent an wonderful "girls weekend" at this beautiful location - and could not have been more pleased with our accommodations!!!! The pictures are very accurate and up to date! This home is extremely spacious and very, very nicely decorated! The king master suite - at one end of the home - provides comfort and absolute peace and serenity!! The other two bedrooms which share a full bath are both spacious and very comfortable for two persons each. The living room and dining room are warm and welcoming. The lanai and pool are simply incredible!!! Sunrise and sunset from the pool area are great memories! This location provides very easy access to Cape Coral Parkway and all of the major roads traveling in and out of the area. Stores, gas stations, and restaurants are very close. Beaches are within a 5 minute car ride - or a 20 minute bike ride!!! They too, are wonderful!!! If you are seeking a well-represented home for your vacation, I would highly recommend this venue! Caroline, the property manager, will be more than just helpful in making your visit a great vacation! She was truly a great asset for us!!!! Hope your stay is as amazing as ours was! We definitely look forward to a return trip!!!
Our family bsrtayed at Martina's for a family reunion and had a great time. The neighborhood was quiet and the views were great as we were situated at the intersection of two canals. Caroline, the property manager, was very helpful and an excellent person. Thanks Martina!.
