Wish it was just a tad bit closer for our daily drive to and from Sun 'n Fun , but what a welcome relief to return "home" at the end of each day! The host was most gracious, provided all passwords, codes, and relevant information, and our visit went smoothly and our stay was quite enjoyable. The location and gated neighborhood is quiet, serene, and secure. The house is wonderful, well equipped, and comfortable. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and we only wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the accommodations. Thank you!

Rainiers Villa is a 5 star accommodation for sure. The house is spacious, clean, with all the amenities anyone could ask for. Staying here is relaxing and refreshing. Rainer's Villa is a beautiful home near Winterhaven. The home has a nice decor, a spacious open concept and a nice kitchen. The master bedroom had a nice King bed and well appointed ensuite bath. Rainer made sure the basic neccesities were on hand and the house was very clean and tidy! Shopping center and restaraunts are a 5 minute drive away. Travel into Orlando is a little further than anticipated but after long days at Universal Studios, the pool and deck was a welcoming place to have a drink and relax. Overall we were pleased with the home, it was "as advertised" and we enjoyed our stay!
