Our family-friendly home is suitable to meet all of your needs! At 2,400 square feet, this home contains four bedrooms (one master bedroom with a king bed, two with queen beds, one with twin beds, and a futon) and three full bathrooms, spacious enough to comfortably fit up to 10 people. For those that enjoy staying in and having home cooked meals with the family, the home comes stocked with a fully-loaded kitchen, in terms of both appliances (dishwasher, George Foreman grill, microwave, toaster, four burner gas powered stove, drink mixer, blender, coffee pot, etc) and accessories (pots, pans, mugs, martini and wine glasses, silverware, etc.). The dining area contains both bar-style and table seating, and can comfortably fit up to 12 people at a time (4 at the bar, 8 at the table).
In addition, the house contains two living areas, each with two couches and a television, a fully furnished balcony, and a one car garage and space for two additional cars (one in driveway, one parallel parked on street blocking in the driveway). located within walking distance from Convention Center and one block from beach and boardwalk, makes this property the perfect location for a great vacation.

The property is great. Lots of space. Dual family rooms is a bonus! Tons of extras in the garage (beach cart, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards and bikes to name a few). Short walk to the beach! Beach box rental available through the city make it more convenient to leave your items at the beach for the week. Kitchen has great working space for multiple families and all your kitchen needs. Sal provides you with an updated Condo a block and a half from the Boardwalk. The Condo is well equipped. We cooked breakfast and dinner each day and the necessary pots, pans, flatware, and glassware was there for serving ten people easily! All the necessary bedding and towels are provided if you so desire. The deck provides you with an ocean view and has seating for eight. The electric grill provided was a drawback for me. It did not have enough power to provide for grilling. Hot Dogs took thirty minutes. The steak I brought was cooked in the oven under the broiler. The bikes, beach cart, beach chairs provided was a big plus! Thanks Sal!
House was wonderful, perfect location and exceeded our expectation!!! Just close enough but still a few streets away from heavy boardwalk activities. Having two separate living rooms was fabulous, allowing the kids to claim their own space. 4 full bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect and the layout was ideal. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. The garage (which we parked a smaller car in) was fully loaded with lots of extras that made our trips to the beach even better. Countless beach chairs, a beach cart, umbrellas, toys bikes etc. We highly recommend Nino's Family Italian and Bandanas Mexican in the immediate vicinity. I just can't say how pleased we were. Dealing with the owner, Sal was a breeze. He was very responsive and wanted to make sure the experience from start to finish was great. Well done Sal, well done!
This house was amazing! Perfect location for convention center, walking distance to anything we needed and plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. We will come back!!! The owner was an absolute awesome landlord, always reachable and provided easy transactions, like smooth check in & check out.
One happy family! We enjoyed our week to the fullest! Thanks to The owners for thinking of everything to make our stay comfortable, fun and carefree! The house is amazing having 3 full baths means no one has to wait. The off street parking and our own dedicated garage (Loaded with bikes, chairs, umbrella and beach cart) is a definite plus!! Just a short walk to the best free beach in NJ! The large open bright well stocked kitchen made family meals a breeze. It's also within walking distance to wonderful restaurants for nights that no one wants to cook. The best possible location to experience all that Wildwood has to offer. We can't wait to come back next year.
I highly recommend renting this home. The owner Sal is very attentive and responsive. The house has all the amenities; sheets, towels, everything you need in the kitchen, iron and ironing board, bikes, beach gear with a cart to load everything up on. There is a nice electric grill on the patio as well. Plenty of room for large groups too. Our teenagers had a blast on the boardwalk every night.
This Wildwood condo is an ideal rental. The configuration is perfect for large groups - four spacious bedrooms and three baths - and one bedroom has twin beds, great for children. The two floor layout guarantees no one feels cramped. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to the Boardwalk, and for our group being on the quiet end of the Boardwalk was a plus. Everything about it makes it the perfect vacation rental..... While the great space and location are wonderful, it is the responsiveness of the owners that sets this condo apart. They are quick to answer phone calls, equally fast responding to emails. They clearly want their vacationers to have an enjoyable time, and they work to accommodate every need. They even had a new washing machine delivered on a Sunday! Every member of our multi-generational party enjoyed our stay at this condo and I am certain we'll be back.
