This is a perfect place to escape from the pressures of the world, and enjoy the sights and sounds of a primitive and wild environment. The retreat offers a perfect base to relax, meditate, and explore the valley. The area is completely wild. There are no other human inhabitants. Your privacy is guaranteed! Good music and a video library are on hand for your enjoyment. And don't forget the wood-fired hot tub! Fly out for the day to a nearby lake for some of the best lake trout fishing you will ever experience! We can make all of the arrangements for you. Or try your luck for grayling at the lodge. A canoe, boat and basic fishing tackle are supplied. The abundant wildlife has ensured an extensive network of hiking trails. It is easy to travel most places on foot. There are well-marked hiking trails around the lodge and along the lakeshore. The more adventurous will want to explore the surrounding hills and alpine areas. Trails into these areas are rugged and require good fitness. Once in the alpine areas, walking is easy. There are 1000 foot granite cliffs overlooking the lake to challenge mountain climbers. Sleeps six: masterbedroom with queen bed, sleeping cozy with double futon, queen futon in livingroom. Modern fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
