This 1200 square foot apartment is an extension of the Palms of Mobay and is located in the garden view area of the apartments. It is quite relaxing.
This is also a great deal because you will have the entire apt to yourself.
The space
Space is large enough to accommodate you comfortably. There is also a spacious balcony which will allow you to relax while you enjoy the views outside.
Guest access
There are three gates to allow the occupants of each apartment their own secured parking space.
Interaction with guests
The property manager is always available and I am available by telephone 24/7.
The neighborhood
The neighbourhood is quiet and the mountains and hills facilitate beautiful views.
Getting around
You just have to step outside the apartment to get a taxi but we recommend using the taxi service listed on our house manual. You may also rent a car for your convenience.
Other things to note
There is a shopping plaza 5 minutes drive away which has a supermarket, restaurant, Burger King, pharmacy, health food store, electronic store for telephones, etc.

AvailableThis property is located in a tranquil area and the space is very comfortable which allows for an extremely relaxing experience especially after a hectic day. You can also relax on the balcony while you enjoy the lush mountain views, partial ocean view and the beautiful homes. It is away from the town but in 5 minutes you can be in the town and in 10 minutes the nearest beach. Shopping plazas and entertainment are also 5 to 10 minutes away.
Dorett was an amazing host. Super responsive with amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my time in Jamaica. She helped us acquire a personal driver, helped is to find activities, hooked us up with a personal chef and so much more! It was truly an amazing experience and I would return in a heartbeat!
Had an amazing stay at this property for 3 days. The pictures does not do the residence justice. I was hesitant at first but glad I booked. The apartment is huge and met all of my needs. The property manager assisted us as needed and is very friendly. I would recommend this property to everyone.
AMAZING! My partner and I absolutely loved staying here and are already planning next years trip. Everyone who works for The Palms of Mobay were absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. We were greeted by smiling faces and a complimentary fruit basket upon arrival. The place was wonderful and clean with a beautiful view and beautiful living space. When we needed the other 2 bedrooms opened, it was my a problem, along with general housekeeping (replenishing towels, emptying the bins etc). All 3 bedrooms were beautiful, all with tv's. The family room had a fully working cable TV which led out onto the veranda, which also led back into the master ensuite bedroom. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this guesthouse. I loved every moment whilst I was here, it's very close to the main strip in Montego Bay. I would however recommend hiring a car if you do choose to stay here, and come out to Jamaica in general. The Palms of Mobay is about a 10 minute drive away from the main strip and local food shops and market place. All in all this is a great place to stay if you want an authentic Jamaican holiday, it's great value for money as compared to some of the extortionate hotel prices just minutes down the road from here. I would 100% recommend it!!!!
During the dates of Feb 26-Mar 1, 2016 myself and 5 others stayed at the palms of Mobay. I must say the property and inside the house was as the pictures showed on the website. Dalton the property manager showed us great hospitality. We had no worries with being comfortable and/or safe during our stay. He actually went over and being for us. Which was greatly appreciated and when we come back we will be staying at the palms of Mobay. Thanks for having us
