I was in DC to attend a large conference at the Walter Washington Convention center which is just a few blocks from this VRBO. The location was enjoyable and perfectly fit my needs. Eddie was very communicative and helpful despite his being out of town and provided local contact should anything have come up. It was also great to have space to spread out and the opportunity for R&R between all the events I attended. Thanks Eddie!
Clean, functional apartment in excellent location with great air conditioning and walking distance of the famous mall area. If you don't want to walk, Uber rides are available in 1 minute. I took an Uber to Arlington Cemetery and it was a lovely ride and inexpensive. There are city noises and footsteps heard from upstairs but nothing that interrupted anything. One of my daughters came into town, spent the afternoon napping and then getting ready for dinner out. Another daughter flew in, spent 2 nights, slept well and we had full days of sight-seeing. The extra sink in the bedroom was appreciated. It was a happy time and I think the convenient location was key.
Very good location in China Town. Ed was extremely helpful with clear directions on parking and entering the apartment. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to explore D.C. Very close to restaurants, metro and bus stops. Thanks again Ed!
We chose to stay here because of the location and we are so happy we did. Easy to navigate to the museums, White House, and Convention center. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. Communication was fantastic and accommodated our every need.
We couldn't be more pleased with this great apartment in the heart of Chinatown! This is our favorite place to stay in DC because there's loads of restaurants and the theater. We rent bikes and ride down to see the monuments when we visit and there's a pickup spot just a block or two away. The place was clean (not even 1 bug in sight!), safe, had loads of linens & toiletries so we didn't have to buy a thing! Even had a fan to help block out any street noise at night. A/C worked like a charm! we did not use any of the kitchen appliances as there were so many places to eat close by. The price was fantastic! Eddie was so helpful and quick to reply anytime we needed to contact him. We can not wait to stay here for our next visit!
