About Chris & Stuart Cohen Aloha! We are from Portland, Oregon and love coming to tropical Hawaii. We hope to spend more time each year enjoying all the things that the Big Island and Waikoloa have to offer, like golfing, diving with the manta rays, whale watching, hiking the coastline, viewing the lava flow, snorkeling, going to all the different beaches and paddling with the Waikoloa Canoe Club. Chris & Stuart Cohen purchased this Condo in 2016 Why Chris & Stuart Cohen chose Waikoloa Great design, comfortable interiors, lovely views, beautiful grounds, quiet and peaceful. Paradise.

PERFECT STAY!

This condo is PERFECT!! We spent 17 days at the condo (2 adults and 10 yr old daughter). This is our first time using VRBO and our first time to the Big Island. The owners were prompt with our email and very easy to work with and very helpful! THE CONDO: it had everything we needed. Thoughtfully decorated with great colors (not overly done) and very clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed :) The bbq grill at the lanai was great and grilled many nights. Sunsets are spectacular just sitting at the lanai! They have shampoo and soap for the 2 bathrooms. Beach towels, books about Big island are provided. Garage had everything you need for the beach (coolers, snorkel gear, boogie board , umbrella etc). Having the washer and dryer was helpful! Pool steps away from the condo. THE LOCATION: about 20-30 minute drive from Kona Airport. No hassle with traffic. Walking distance to 2 malls (one is across the entrance to the Villas and the other is next door). About a 5-7 minute walk to A-bay to swim and frolicking at the beach where they also have beach rentals (we rented paddle boards for SUP). There is an Island gourmet market at one of the nearby malls to grab a quick meal, souvenirs and groceries. There is also KTA grocery store just up the road for cheaper. Costco was also about 25-30 minutes south. And about the same time to Kona Airport. Perfect weather throughout our stay! We were very happy and pleased with our experience with the owners and the condo. We will definitely return! Thank you Chris and Stuart for sharing your lovely condo!
