Kolea is beachfront comfort and beauty meets modern world refinement, gorgeous condo. Charming Mountain View home just minutes to the beach in Hawaii. Surf's up!

The beds all have luxurious thread count sheets and pillows on three queen beds and 2 twins. There is two full baths. The main bath offers granite counter with two under mount sinks, Jacuzzi tub and shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with stove, microwave, toaster oven and dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for excellent meal making, which includes plenty of wine glasses.

Other amenities include High Speed Internet, DVD, cable TV, CD player, stackable washer and dryer, pay as you go Cell Phone, parking, all free of charge. The massive covered patio overlooking the beach and pool and the sun deck are excellent for outdoor living. There are snug chairs, sofas, hammocks and a dining table for 6. The pool has a distinct children's pool.

Whether you travel for business, vacation, you will find this house to be supremely convenient, comfortable, and welcoming.

Rental rates depend upon the season and vacations, weekdays or weekends, duration of stay and amount of people.

Policy

A cleaning fee of $195 added to invoice.
A security deposit of $500 applied to invoice (fully refundable)
A deposit of 50% will be charged to credit card to confirm reservation. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival date and 90 days during holiday season.
