The Britannia Lake House lies at a quiet and privileged location and offers a stunning water view that will enchant you from the moment you enter. The house has been completely renovated in 2015 and brings all amenities you would expect from a holiday paradise. This two story gem faces south and has beautiful expansive views of the water where you can watch fish and manatees all day! Kids up to 2 years stay for free.
 
Enjoy the breathtaking view from the spacious, south facing lanai over the water of the 8lakes. For your perfect moment of relaxation you find enough sun loungers as well on the sundeck as on the boat deck. There’s also a comfortable lounge to enjoy your sundowner and a huge gas BBQ.
 
Fully equipped kitchen - even from here you have a wonderful view over the sparkling water of the lake. Enjoy your breakfast coffee and enjoy the perfect moment in a perfect location. Nespresso coffee machine available. Don’t forget to bring you favorite capsules from home!
 
Light and modern furnished living room with a huge sofa with space for everybody and a chimney for the cooler days. Big flat screen TV with Apple TV, German programs and US-TV (satellite). Free WLAN Internet.
 
Masterbedroom with kingsize bed and direct access to the pool area on the ground floor. Furthermore you find two guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. Two bathrooms on ground floor with shower/WC and one with bathtub/shower/WC.
 
Upstairs you find the second master bedroom with kingsize bed and direct access to the balcony, which offers stunning views over the lake. En-suite bathroom with shower/WC and double sink.
 
Spacious dock with boat lift - available for our own rental boats only. Boat rental is very recommended. You can reach the Caloosahatchee River without having to pass any locks. Explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva, go shellying on a deserted beach or have a lunch in one of the many restaurants where you can dock the boat.
 
Explore the canals and lake with the 2 kayaks and watch manatees and dolphins play. (Use at your own risk)
 
English and german speaking property management at your site.
 
Non-smoking property. Please only smoke outdoors.
 
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

My visit in Starfish was lovely. The house looks out on a lake with fish and occasional dolphin. The house is easy to care for. The outside area is very comfortable. The main bedroom is on second floor with a spiral staircase for access. There is a small screened balcony off that room I look forward to returning next winter

Super Haus, mit allem was dazu gehört! Eine Oase zum Wohl fühlen. Der Eigentümer legt viel Wert auf Details. Der Vermieter Intervillas idt sehr gut organisiert und lässt keine Fragen offen, alles optimal! Jederzeit gerne wieder!
