You will feel well at ease entering the villa as the ceilings of the living space reach a height between 10 and 13 ft.(3 to 4 m) and also knowing that the house has been built according to the newest and safest building codes.

Approximately 20 ft(6m) of sliding doors with a height of 10 ft(3m) connect the living area with the outdoor space and give you a spectacular view of the canal.

The property offers a large master suite with a king-size bed that has a direct access to the pool area, as well as a view of the canal. The spacious master bathroom, with separate walk-in shower and bath, has two granite vanity units that can individually accommodate him and her.

You will also find 2 more bedrooms with queen-size beds with their own adjacent bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom has a direct access to the pool area.

On the spacious lanai you’ll find a dining and lounge area with a Weber BBQ and you will have access to the electric heated pool and spa.

Watch the wonderful sunsets from the pool or dock area enjoying your cocktails .Create your individual light atmosphere at night by choosing between the many different light modes of the pool , simply by using the iPad’s remote control.
