Villa Lazy Days welcomes you in Cape Coral! This lovely home at a quiet side road is the perfect place for a great holiday in Cape Coral. Located at the southwest of Cape Coral, Publix, Walmart and Restaurants are close by. Next Golf courses are reachable within 10-30 minutes by car.

The great, north facing pool area with a spacious pool and sun deck will for sure be your favorite place during your stay at Villa Lazy Days. Enjoy a drink on one of the comfortable sun loungers while your perfect, juicy US-Steak is getting ready on the BBQ.
 
The big glass sliding doors connect the living area with the pool area. The great kitchen offers everything your holiday heart could wish for. Two dining tables for up to 10 guests and a free-of-charge high chair for your toddler are available. Enjoy your first morning coffee at the kitchen counter and watch the tropical flowers in the garden.
 
Spacious master bedroom with it's own master bathroom (bath tub, shower, WC). Bedroom is separated from the other 2 bedrooms and ideally used as bedroom for the parents. Second and third bedroom with walk-in closet and sideboard, sharing a bathroom with shower/WC. Both bathrooms offer a hair dryer.
 
Study with pull out couch for additional 2 guests (on request, please contact us).
Free highspeed WiFi. 4 flatscreen TV's in the house.
English and German speaking PM at place.
Non-Smoking property, please smoke only outdoors, thank you.

Our expectations were exceeded. Our two kids loved their own bedroom. The pool overlooking the lake and the sunset, the daily barbecue and billiards game of the men were fun. Everything was very well maintained. Quiet environment, pure relaxation. A well-equipped kitchen and many towels. We can recommend the Villa Sea Shell around.

Great house, great holiday, great property management. We were as a small family (2Erw + 2 children) in the Seashell and we felt very comfortable. Part of the house (Masterbedrooom plus ancillary rooms) we have due to the location of the two other bedrooms to the lake and because we were of course only four were not used. The house is perfect for a family of four plus grandma and grandpa i would say. When booking through three couples a couple would have a bedroom without direct bathroom access, which is ultimately not so bad, but that's the way it is. Inside everything is freshly renovated and very generously cut. Tip: Take Nespresso capsules, as well as Spülm.tabs, if you are only there for a week - just like us. Otherwise you have to buy so huge packs in Publix. Nespresso capsules barely exist or are very expensive. Sunsets fantastic. Smart TV and Sonos music system available, which is great for kids (Amazon Prime works). Good BBQ grill and competent property management by Björn S ..
