Welcome at Villa Blue Sky, the perfect place for your perfect holiday. The generous floor plan (over 220m2) offers plenty of room to relax. The interior was completely renovated at the end of 2010 and is kept in a modern, European style. Great importance was attached to special details and elegant design.

Spacious lanai which is south facing and overviews the wide canal. The pool offers a separate whirlpool and is covered completely by a mosquito screen. The low water zone is especially popular with the small guests of Villa Blue Sky, but also sun lovers love to put a sunlounger in it and work on their complexion while having the feet in the chilling water. Enjoy the view while your perfect, juicy US-steak is sizzling on the BBQ. Comfortable sunloungers, kids sun chairs and a great sun deck with a breathtaking view over the open water.

Two living areas overview the lanai and the canal. One of both has a big flatscreen TV and surround-system, the other one invites you to enjoy a game evening or read a book. The study offers a printer/fax and a scanner. Free highspeed WLAN is of course available and for free. If you have to do some work during your holidays, this is the perfect place for it.

The spacious kitchen offers all comforts for cooking and enjoying. Nook with 4 chairs and a bit formal dining table for up to 6 guests, both overlooking the lanai and the canal.

The Master Suite with high-quality painting technique offers a large King Size bed and a beautiful Jacuzzi bath. Two further bedrooms (queensize and twin beds) offer place for 4 persons, additionally the study offers a sleep sofa with 2 places. These rooms have a separate bathroom.

This is a non smoking house, please smoke only outdoors.

Pets are not allowed, thank you.

11.5% sales and touriust taxes are already included in the price.

Beautiful...

The Villa Pelican Place we found exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The house is beautiful and in mint condition. Self-catering works wonderfully in the very well equipped kitchen. At the pool the street in front of the house is audible - but it did not bother us at any time. The processing of the booking, house delivery on the spot and the settlement of incidental costs has worked flawlessly by Intervillas and by the property management. Our next holiday home in Cape Coral we will definitely book again via Intervillas.
