We offer you our beautiful professionally decorated and furnished 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa located at Lake Berkley Resort. Have your vacation here in comfort and relaxation with air conditioning throughout.
The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided.
There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by beautiful Florida vegetation. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. The sun reaches the deck mid-morning and remains there for the rest of the day. You will be able to watch beautiful sunsets.
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool. Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.
Pool heat if required is $15 per night payable separately.
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required, this will be invoiced separately 60 days before you arrive.

This is a lovely homely and a very well maintained villa in Lake Berkeley. We arrived late afternoon after a long flight, and when we arrived at the accommodation we were so happy with it that we decided to stay 'at home' for the rest of the evening rather than venturing back out to a restaurant (the Walmart is 5 mins away so perfect for getting what you need for 'day one' supplies if you arrive late in the day) We would definitely stay at this villa again, the owner & management company are good to deal with and you have that assurance throughout your holiday.
The property was very clean, updated and all around peaceful. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. It came with everything we needed. Till next year...Lake Berkley! ?????The Wardlaw’s

This house was perfect for my family and I!! Super clean in a fantastic gated community! Pool was Excellent! Super warm!! Owners were great to communicate with before the stay! I definitely will be back yo this property! Very close to shopping, disney and sea world! Definitely a five star rating from me!!
