You will not be disappointed with our Luxury Villa, it has everything you would ever need and has a premier position at Lake Berkley Resort, a very safe and secure gated resort community and less than 15 minutes to Disney.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc.
This is an outstanding 4 Bed, 2 Bath villa equipped and furnished to a very high standard. This villa was the original show house for Lake Berkley Resort, so as you can imagine it has one of the best plots on the resort with a beautiful view from the pool of the conservation area, small lake (free fishing) and tennis court.
The sitting room is very comfortably furnished with two large sofas and a large screen TV. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa.
The modern kitchen has all the usual appliances, including American size fridge/freezer, and is well equipped with every utensil would ever need.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, the master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.Two bedrooms have double beds, and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. All linens etc are provided.
The two bathrooms both have bath and one has a shower over bath, and one with separate shower. Both have hairdryers and towels.
The screened pool is SW facing and so gets the sun from early morning until sunset. It has an extra large deck, great for sunbathing. The pool has an unspoilt view at the rear. There are chairs/sunloungers for your private use. There is also a charcoal BBQ available.
The games room has table football, and there is a full set of golf clubs available to use free of charge.
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool.
Pool heat if required is $15 per night payable separately.
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required, this will be invoiced separately 60 days before you arrive.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Clean house with all necessities. we loved that there was a stroller and high chair, it was wonderful to have it available for our 1 year old. The house is spacious, pool was clean and lovely, neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The community pool and tot lot were also a great amenity to enjoy with kids. It is about 30 minutes drive to Disney locations, 45 to Legoland, 45 to airport. No issues dealing with property managers, safety deposit promptly returned. We will come again!
This is an excellent villa in a great location, close to shops/restaurants and only 15 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal. Villa is very clean and well furnished. Pool was great, we had it heated so was fantastic to come back from the theme parks and jump in the pool. We would highly recommend this villa, and will definitely book again for our return visit to Orlando next year.
