Our property has 2 luxury villas that are surrounded by rainforest gardens, fruit & palm trees, overlooking a huge free-form pool & cascade. Our spacious and tropical property is just minutes away from central Sosua & many incredible beaches. On the property you will find a wood tiki bar for your party needs, stone shower, brick masonry oven & unforgettable views. Our newly renovated villas feature luxury furniture, modern decor, brand new appliances, 24/7 security, maid service & free wifi.
The space
Our exceptional 6 bedroom property showcases two modern hacienda style Villas located in a tropical paradise setting. The central Villa features more than 3,500 square feet of interior living space and the secondary private Casita features 1,250 square feet. The main Villa has an indoor open living area for entertaining large groups featuring cathedral ceilings, a breakfast bar, chic dining area and brand new kitchen. Outside our guests will find luxurious terrace seating enough for 14 guests, with traditional hammocks and swing chairs, ping pong table, large in-ground pool, custom-made Dominican wood fully equipped tiki bar with electricity & refrigeration, and brick masonry oven & grill .

Notes-
1. No smoking inside any of the villas. Kindly use the ashtrays provided on the terrace.
2. Please do not wear wet clothing/bathing suits when sitting on living area(s) furniture.
3. Please ensure all windows are closed while running the A/C units.
4. Glassware should be used with caution outdoors, as not to break and hurt anyone. We do provide plastic glassware for the tiki bar and the pool area for the safety of our guests.
5. Please leave A/C units on low setting when leaving the villas.
6. Please do not disconnect smoke alarms in both houses, this is for our guests safety.
7. Ensure that all plate ware and glass ware are washed and cleaned before check-out please.
8. Also before check-out, please ensure gas stove and all water taps are turned off.

The Place was amazing so beautiful and relaxing to stay at. Bryan was an awesome host and was very responsive to any questions we had. The place is in between two towns that had a bunch to do including good restaurants and cool nightlife. Couldn’t recommend more!
