Pool Level – This level is characterized is characterized by the dramatically cantilevered, deep-water pool surrounded by decks and terraces fridge, a guest bedroom, a half-bath, and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer..

Main Level – The main level consists of living room, dining room (with adjacent outdoor dining terrace), kitchen, and a full bath.

Second Level - A master bedroom with master bath, a second guest room and a half-bath are located on the second level.

Rooftop Patio – Consisting of two levels, the rooftop patio is high enough to offer views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean sides of the island. The patio is well lit and has a wet bar and mini-fridge. During the day, the rooftop patio is a great place to sit in the sun, with the prevailing winds keeping you comfortable and dry. At night, lay back and enjoy unobstructed views of the star-packed sky above.
