Welcome to Central Apartments Vienna (CAV): Our studio apartments are 38 m2 in size (410 sq feet), consisting of a combined living/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower & WC. The studios offers 1 double bed and 1 high quality sofa bed providing accommodation for 1-3 adults. In addition a baby cot will be available on request for free.
In the fully equipped modern kitchen you can prepare your delicious meals and specialties with the fresh food which you can get from the in-house supermarket or from the largest open market in central Europe, called „Naschmarkt“ located just around the corner of the building in less then 1 minute walking distance. It’s as a attraction the most popular open market in Vienna.

Reservations has to be secured by either providing an international valid credit card information (Visa or Master Card only). Or by deposit payment to our account.
Cancellation conditions:Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 30 nights prior arrival. Afterwards the following rules apply:
Less then 30 nights before arrival 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations less then 15 nights prior arrival total fee will be due for payment.
Special cancellation conditions for Christmas & New Year:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 30 nights prior arrival. Afterwards or in case of "noshow" the total rental fee will be due for payment

For every stay there is a 1-time fee with 45 EUR (approx. $52) for final cleaning
The published rates are valid for 1 person only. Additional adult persons are charged with 25-35 EUR per person and night depending on the duration of stay and season! Children below 4 years stay for free. Baby cot & high chair will be provide for free on request! Children below 15 are charged with 15-20 EUR per night depending on the duration of stay and season! Ask for discounted monthly rate
