Welcome to Central Apartments Vienna (CAV): Our 62 – 65 m2 largest (650 – 700 sq feet) 1–bedroom apartments with 2 separate rooms can accommodate 1 – 5 adults plus 1 baby. All apartments consist of a bedroom and one separate, combined living room/bedroom plus fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom with tub and/or shower & separate WC. The apartment offers a double bed and a high quality sofa bed for further 2 persons and one single Murphy bed.
In addition a baby cot is available on request for free. In the fully equipped modern kitchen you can prepare your delicious meals and specialties with the fresh food which you can get from the in-house supermarket or from the largest open market in central Europe, called „Naschmarkt“ located just around the corner of the building in less then 1 minute walking distance. It’s is the most popular market in Vienna.

Cancellation conditions: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 30 nights prior arrival. Afterwards the following rules apply: Less then 30 nights before arrival 50% cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations less then 15 nights prior arrival total fee will be due for payment.
