The apartment offers a double bed and a high quality sofa bed for further 2 persons. Also baby cot and high chair will be available for free on request. In the fully equipped modern kitchen you can prepare your delicious meals and specialties with the fresh food which you can get from the in-house supermarket or from the largest open market in central Europe, called „Naschmarkt“ located just around the corner of the building in less then 1 minute walking distance. It’s is the most popular open market in Vienna and is an attraction.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Thereafter, the following regulations will apply:
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival or in case on “no-show” the total price of the reservation will be charged.
