Description

Delux Beach Penthouse is situated on a large private lot with spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, gorgeous sunsets and the distant lights of Puerto Rico. Expansive panoramic ocean views surround you.

The comfortable Great Room is decorated in a tasteful Caribbean style. This three bedroom condo is completely air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate six to eight people. The sofa in the Great Room has a queen-size sleeper and there is an aerobe for the unexpected guest.

The master bedroom, with ocean views, has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The light-filled second bedroom has a king bed. The bathroom is across from the bedroom.

All vacation rentals in Puerto Rico include a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The apartments also offer bath and bed linens, TV, telephone, charcoal grill, washer/dryer, off-street parking, ceiling fans in all rooms, and private patio. The property has off street gated parking.

There is a ten-minute walk to a snorkeling and swimming beach, ferry, town and restaurants.
Delux Beach Penthouse vacation rental rates $250 per night.

Policy

  • 1400. Weekly Flat Rate for a maximum 8 people, year round!!
  • Flat Fee .. $250/weekend night .. $1400/week (Maximum 8 Guests).
  • There Will Be an Additional Fee of $100 for Holidays.
  • Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.
  • $250 Reservation/Deposit Fee Will Be Required 7 Days of Your Intention to Rent.
  • This Fee is Fully Refundable Provided There is No Damage Done to the Unit.
  • PayPal is available and charges a moderate fee, 3%, for the service.
