Incredible beachfront rental! This apartment is on the sand with panoramic views up and down the Valencia. We can accommodate up to eight people perfect for families with children or couples traveling together.

We offer luxurious accommodations including a fully furnished beautiful designer kitchen with a six burner Wolf Range and a built in Subzero refrigerator.

 The dining room easily accommodates six or more people. The living room offers a large Plasma HDTV with High definition premium cable, DVD Player, IPOD docking station; surround sound speakers and outdoor speakers.

The master suite is furnished with a Cal King bed and its own private bathroom with a walk in shower and two showerheads. The bathroom connects to the back patio and has a jetted tub, shower and two sinks. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD. We have a supply of beach towels and chairs for your use and pleasure.

The apartment offers a wide variety of activities including the Valencia Boardwalk, a variety of wonderful beaches, swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, skim boarding and more. Valencia also offers wonderful shopping, entertainment, restaurants and attractions.

Valencia vacation rental rates $85 per night.

The minimum charge is for 2 people for 3 days. The larger apartments have a minimum occupancy. The Peak Price is for 2 people in an apartment.

Discount Rate: 85 Euro per day and 25 euro per person per day.
Normal Rate: 110 Euro per day and 35 euro per person per day.
Peak Rate: 120 Euro per day and 65 euro per person per day.

Cleaning: We charge 50 - 80 Euros per property for normal Cleaning and laundry. The charge depends on the number of people staying.
Children under 13 years are charged at 50% of the adult rate.
