Not far from Verona, Mantua and the Lake of Garda, very near to the Mincio river, in the middle of the beautiful countryside surrounding Valeggio sul Mincio and its well-known Parco Sigurtà, the house,quiet but not isolated, has two gardens and offers the possibility of exploring this beautiful area by car or by bicycle (a 40-km trail follows the Mincio from Peschiera to Mantua), visiting the small medieval villages (Borghetto, Villafranca, Monzambano, Castellaro Lagusello, Peschiera, Sirmione, Lazise ...) and the tourist attractions (Gardaland, Movieland, Parco Acquatico Cavour). |

A down payment of 30% is required at the reservation. The rental includes gas (up to 2 cu.m per day), electricity (up to 1.5 Kw per day) and water, if not differently indicated. The heating outside the authorized periods must be paid aside. Should your electricity and/or gas consumption exceed the amount foreseen, you will be charged € 1/mc for gas and € 0,50/Kw for electricity. A tourist tax of 0.50 cent per person per night must be paid at the arrival. |
