The front of the house has a patio area with BBQ area, ideal for sunbathing and dining alfresco. The house comprises half of the old "Daymer Bay Hotel" and lies in a private sunny disposition. Internally, it consists of two double bedrooms and three further bedrooms (two have twin beds, and one is a single.) There is a bathroom on both floors (each has a bath, separate shower, and a WC).
