This home was great for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We rented a golf cart, mostly because the kids were excited to drive it, but it wasn't necessary. It's a short walk to the beautiful Treasure Cay beach, restaurants, marina for excursions, grocery, bakery, liquor store. After landing we stopped in Marsh Harbour for groceries at Maxwell's, but we could have skipped that because i think the grocery in Treasure Cay was equivalent. Also before buying any condiments, coffee, etc, check the condo first. It was fully stocked when we arrived (at least 5 bottle of ketchup, a couple mustards, rice, coffee, mayo, soy sauce, cooking oil, dried spices, s&p, etc.) To say this condo was well stocked would be an understatement. It literally had it all--plush towels, sheets, sand toys, condiments, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. There is a free laundry room and free filtered water (refundable key deposit required for both). Also free WIFI, but it did go out for hours at a time on several days, which also meant no TV as it is only Netflix. We were OK with that, though, since it was nice to be offline with toes in the sand. We also had a few short power outages that seemed unrelated to weather. Again, a minor inconvenience that didn't bother us much. The pool area and grounds were lovely and well kept. Our kids enjoyed that the pool had a deep end that was deep enough to dive into. The property manager was helpful and made a phone call for us, as our cell phones did not work there. The owners were helpful and responsive and answered questions quickly. They provided recommendations for boat excursions and a local taxi driver, who we did not use upon arrival because we rented a car for that leg, but who happened to drive by the unit while we were sitting outside and introduced himself, asked about us, and generally seemed to be keeping an eye on the condo for his friends. We did use him for our return trip to Marsh Harbour and he was reliable and friendly. Overall a very positive experience and we would recommend it.
My husband and I just returned from Picture Perfect Paradise. It was a wonderful vacation/anniversary trip!!! The unit was clean and well furnished. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff as well. The owner was very helpful in providing a list of activities and suggestions for our stay. We rented a golf cart for the entire week and a car for two days. The only issue we had was the taxi driver Sidney Hart showing up an hour and a half early on the day we were to leave. We were eating breakfast and we had to rush to get our things packed. He also came the day before thinking it was the day we were leaving (even though I had written it down for him). Other than that, we had a wonderful time and I would recommend the condo to anyone. It was very close to the beach and places to eat.

Such a beautiful condominium! The decor is fresh and fun and so welcoming and comfortable! Everything you might need is provided in the fully stocked kitchen - towels and linens are high quality, I enjoyed every bit of this charming (and clean) home! Mariners Cove is wonderful - steps to the marina, and gorgeous beach, and a very pretty heated pool perfect for playing or lap swimming. The owners are very helpful with any questions, and community is very friendly. Reading on the second floor balcony, surrounded by palm fronds was a highlight!
This was my first trip to Treasure Cay. I traveled for my cousin's wedding at the Bahama Beach Club and reserved Jay and Cindy's condo for 6 nights. I was first blown away by how helpful Cindy was. I tend to be a little overbearing with questions: I ask A LOT. Cindy always responded promptly and politely and went above and beyond to be helpful. The condo itself was gorgeous, and extremely affordable. Well-decorated, spacious, and near everything. I stayed with a couple who were also attending the wedding, but the condo felt big enough to fit a family of 5. This week was unforgettable. I hope to go back and will definitely book at Jay and Cindy's place if I do. The beaches of Treasure Cay are unlike anything I have ever seen and the locals were all so friendly. I could go on and on about how beautiful my week was, but I'll leave you with this. If you are considering Abaco, do it...and stay at Jay and Cindy's.
