77 West comprises of five contemporary style cottages located on one of the prime locations in Treasure Beach, with majestic views down the coastline and sunsets that will take your breath away. We are located on one of the best beaches in the area, with complete privacy and reefs that are easy to snorkel to. 77 West strives to offer great service and incomparable food in our stylishly designed restaurant and open air lounge. Our bar is open as long as you are up for it and serves a wide variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Our pool serves as the center piece with it's crystal clear water and lounge chairs surrounding it.

Treasure Beach is the home of community tourism where no all inclusive hotels exist. This makes the concept of sustainable tourism possible and we encourage guests to adventure out into our very safe community where you will be well looked after by the residents of Treasure Beach. Visitors to the area engage in the local community, volunteering at schools, spending time at the local bars and restaurants, maybe enjoying a game of dominoes, playing soccer/football on the beach with the local kids, taking boat tours with our fishermen down the spectacular coastline to Pelican Bar and the nature Preserve of the Black River. While there are beautiful villas close by, all are on large properties and while at 77 West you will experience the combination of privacy if you choose or socialize with others in our bar and restaurant.

We like to say that our visitors to Treasure Beach are travelers, not tourists.

About the Owner

Lyric was designed and built by our parents in 1970 as a quick trip to a holiday home as we lived in Mandeville a short 45 minutes drive away. 4 Children now continue to cherish and create more memories with the next generation coming along. Every free moment we come and enjoy the very special feeling of Lyric as we all live in different parishes. Lyric is not just a house or a villa, it's a home. Everyone that stays here feels the same learning to appreciate the basics in live. They feel it is their home and that's what you will so love about staying with us. When Lyric gets into your skin the memories will be with you forever. Annabelle Todd purchased this Villa in 1970
