We enjoyed our stay! It was a wonderful home with the perfect location for our Disney plans. We have small children so thwe crib and high chair came in very handy. Everything was pretty standard. We felt like we were at our home away from home.

The property is what was shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of nice linens for all beds in addition to soft blankets for a few chilly evenings. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots included a slow cooker. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. All issues were quickly addressed by Mario (property management team) and the owner. The resort is well maintained and we felt safe taking late evenings walks.

Great House, Great size & setup

Very happy with the size and cleanliness of this house. Also great communication with the owner, he responded within hours to every email we sent. I wanted to be able to cook breakfasts and some dinners everyday, I was pleasantly surprised the kitchen had a good selection of pots & pans and kitchen appliances. We had a couple of issues that were easily solved. The air conditioning was not on when we arrived at the house - which is understandable you don't need to cool an empty house - however, we stayed the middle of September it was over 90 degrees in the house when we arrived and it took a few hours to cool the house down. The hot tub had a little debris in it but I don't know if that was normal or because they hadn't had a chance to clean it out after the storm. It was an easy drive to both Universal and Disney. I was not impressed with the "side of town" the house was located in, but the actual complex/neighborhood and home were quiet and nice. My only suggestions to the owner would be kitchen related, a list of the pans & kitchen appliances before arrival would be great and the knives & can opener need replacing.

Not my first rental with this owner. He addresses all inquiries very quickly and cares that your stay is great...which it was! Lots of space in this unit. It overlooked the lake and is really close to the common area pool and amenities. Coral Cay is gated and close to everything. Walmart is accessible without having to use the 192. Gas station to fuel up rental car is conveniently located kiddie corner to the Walmart with no street lights to hold you up. Private hot tub was clean when we arrived and professionally cared for during our stay. Great accommodations for family vacations!
