The gourmet Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances: Side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, 4 burner gas range, dishwasher and microwave. Gorgeous knotty alder cabinetry offers plenty of storage. The large dining table seats six comfortably and has French door access to the private, shaded courtyard with seating for four. Additional outdoor seating available.
There is also a 1st floor Powder Room with pedestal sink, separate Laundry Room with washer and dryer and attached 1 car garage. There is additional private driveway space for overflow parking up to 3 additional cars.
Upstairs features hardwood flooring in the 2 large en-suite Bedrooms. Each Bedroom has ceiling fans and hi-definition cable TV. There is a king-size bed in the Master Bedroom and a queen-size bed in Bedroom #2.
The Master Bedroom has a gas-log fireplace and French doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. The Master Bathroom has double bowl sinks, jetted tub, separate shower with glass block, private commode and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a full Bathroom featuring a single bowl vanity and tub/shower, with walk-in closet.

My wife and I just spent a week with my father in law in this lovely town home. It exceeded all our expectations and fit our needs perfectly. Having a home like this to return to after sightseeing all day is so much nicer than a hotel room. It is well located for walking into the plaza area, grocery stores, and access to highway especially for going to points of interest north toward Taos. The downstairs is open and roomy with access to a private patio where it was nice to sit and relax after a long day out. It was a little too cold to sit out in the morning but would be perfect to sit out there with coffee as well. The living room furniture is comfortable especially the recliner which I enjoyed. Upstairs is a large, comfortable, master king bedroom with a luxury bathroom and large walk in closet. It also has a cute little balcony off the master bedroom as well. My father-in-law enjoyed the queen bedroom and said it was very comfortable. Liked the smart TV's which allowed us to use our Netflix. We ate at home more than we usually do and enjoyed the nice roomy kitchen as well as the large dining table. The home is smartly decorated in the Santa Fe style. Kim was very easy to work with. She responded quickly to all our questions. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly and hope to stay here when we visit Santa Fe in the future.
My husband and I went to Santa Fe for a work/vacay last weekend. I compared nice hotels with Homeaway/VBRO vacation rentals and for the price this was a better choice. This condo was very comfortable, absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need weither it be a short or long stay. You could easily walk to the Plaza but we choose to use Uber due to limited parking. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Santa Fe.
This house was better than described. It was used for our vacation and we found ourselves staying home more than site seeing since it was so comfortable. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your house. JD.
My husband and I, newly retired, treated ourselves to Santa Fe for a whole month - and we loved staying in this town home! It was very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The bed and living room furniture were new and very comfortable. I also appreciated that the space was mostly fragrance-free. The owners communicated well with us, and were very responsive - they took care of a couple of minor repairs very quickly. The location was quiet, and great for walking. We walked to the Plaza or the Railyard every day, and in the evenings walked to restaurants and entertainment venues. One spectacular "find" was the piano bar at the Inn at Vanessie near the Railyard - well-priced food and wonderful music. It's a short drive to the Santa Fe River Park and Trail - 10 miles along the Santa Fe River. Also close by were our favorite grocery stores - a short drive to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Sprouts (which is also within walking distance). We highly recommend this town home, and we look forward to staying here again when we return.
