Description

A stay at our luxury detached private villa in Temeni; this is highly recommended for a holiday that you will remember forever. Some villa claim to have nice views, but this one is debatably the best in the whole area, absolutely breathtaking!

Valimitika Villa is well equipped for all the family and comfortably sleeps six. The private and landscaped gardens surround a fantastic "infinity" pool offering views over Greece.

There’s a well equipped kitchen with an American freezer, full air conditioning, central warming and an open gas fire in the lounge offering year-round comfort. It is very well set up, with comfortable furniture. The villa is light and airy but due to traditional construction, the apartment is cool in the summer and warmer in the winter months.

The villa is totally private with its own drive and ample parking. You can enjoy the sunrise over the mountains and set over the sea, as there is nothing at all but the blue skies to block the view.

Valimitika villa is just minutes away for supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, bakers, takeaways and restaurants for all your instantaneous needs.

The villa vacation rental rates are available for both weekly and monthly rentals.

Policy

A security deposit of 300 Euro is required and an end cleaning fee of 100 Euro. Upon booking a wire transfer of 30% is needed to assure the booking.
