The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs, the master has a new (March 2012) King size bed with a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. Two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the great room comfortably sleeps 6 people. A washer dryer is also included in the condo. Don't take a chance and hope that you get booked into a nice room; reserve this upgraded condo today. POOL renovations completed February 2016.
Free secure wireless internet in the condo; the resort is now charging other guests $10.00 per day for wireless service.
The twin beds in the second bedroom can be moved togeather to create a nearly king size bed for couples or left apart for individuals.

A $500.00 deposit is necessary to hold the reservation; the balance will be due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will have the $500.00 deposit refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee.
The Resort now has a $4.50 per night 'TRANSFER FEE' which is included in my rate.

We had the BEST family vacation and experienced the Keys to the fullest! The condo was beautiful just like the pictures, and close to so many FL attractions. We completed 5 scuba dives from John Pennekamp down to Marathon, Bahia Honda State Park, and a day trip to Key West. Highly recommend visiting the Ernest Hemingway home, Lighthouse, women's Club Botanical Gardens by the beach(even my boys enjoyed it!), photos at the Southern Most Point, & Mallory Square at sunset. We enjoyed several dinners in the condo, but recommend a sunset dinner nearby at the Islamorado Fishcamp on the Gulf or Lazy Days by the ocean. After a long day of diving, we enjoyed pizza nearby at Jersey Boardwalk Pizza and it was fantastic! The gated community, marina, pool and beach were excellent not to mention the onsite cafe/bar next to the beach. The condo was always a welcome return after a long day of fun adventures. Most important, the Owner went above and beyond to respond to our questions from the day we booked, to arrival, to departure. We could not have asked for better accommodations or location!
We just returned from a week at this wonderful condo in Ocean Pointe in Tavernier in the Florida Keys. There were six of us, 4 adults and 2 children, and there was enough space for all. The condo is fully equipped with all the convenience of home. We brought a boat and were able to rent a slip at the marina, very convenient as it was just a short walk to get to the boat. Ocean Pointe has a pool, beach, basketball hoop, tennis court and the marina. The boys would go down and fish off the boat ramp and had a great time. Hope to return next year.
It was our second year in this beautiful condo unit. It's centrally located, great view, very quiet and the beds are very comfortable.
The property is wonderful. Very well maintained. Feels very secure. You will not be disappointed.
We had a great time in the Florida keys. The condo was excellent. Clean and stocked with everything we expected and more. We booked this place mainly because of the new pool area. Having 3 kids we spent most of our time there. It did not disappoint. Warm and clean. We will be back again when the winters in northern Minnesota make us crave a warm sunny week away.
