We had a great time. The views are amazing. The condo is well equipped and clean. The owner is very nice and very easy to work with. Very close to everything. Will definitely be back.
This is definitely an ideal location for relaxing and watching the sunset. The owner is simply easy to work with and will not disappoint. The condo is located on 6th floor, ideal for beautiful views, and is clean and fully equipped with anything you will need during your stay. Many restaurants, bars and shops to choose from in area. One of our favorite restaurants is Ma's Fish Camp. Visit the Marker 88 bar as well as the Tiki Bar at Postcard Inn. Our kids loved fishing from the private pier on property. The pool and grounds are awesome. Can only give positive feedback about of stay. Will definitely return.
This unit has excellent views from the Balcony of the unit as well as the balcony from the front door. The unit has all of the updated amenities to enjoy comfort and relaxation. The pool is a short walk from the building which is good for Senior citizens. There are plenty of activities available for the adventurous. There are many excellent sea food restaurants close by. There is a Moose lodge,VFW and American Legion within a short drive.Don't miss BOB's BUNS for breakfast in Islamorada. The Sun sets are beautiful and can be observed from the property. We have rented this unit 3 times and have always had a good experience.The owners are pleasant and courteous to do business with. We would certainly rent again.
We rented the condo & boat slip for a week. Condo was great. It was clean & roomy with a spectacular view. Unit included everything you need and the project was lovely. The gated entry gave the feeling of extra security and the pool and common areas were quite enjoyable. We especially loved the picnic and BBQ area. We did a lot of fishing from our boat and from shore and caught lots of fish (cobia, triggerfish, grouper). It was a great vacation & i recommend it highly.
We've stayed at Futura for 16 years and in this unit for the last 2 of those. We'll be back in next year and hopefully for several years after that. Every year we've seen improvements in both the development and this unit. The owners descriptions are quite accurate and I believe the renters reviews are generally fair except for the negative comments about cleanliness. We thought the unit was always quite clean. The view, the pool area, the marina, the owners and renters, and the location are wonderful!
