This is not your high-priced, cookie cutter, typical Florida condo with granite counter tops, etc. Instead, this is a lovely 20 year old waterfront, doublewide manufactured home with a fenced yard in an older NW Tampa community. It is situated on a Rocky Creek saltwater canal that leads into Tampa Bay & the Gulf of Mexico. Includes a canoe for the adventurous.

Available by DAYS, WEEK(s) or MONTH(s). Flexible check in day and extra days may be added on. Please check "AVAILABILITY CALENDAR".

MINIMUM RESERVATION - one week (JANUARY thru APRIL) - 3 nights (MAY thru DECEMBER)

BRING YOUR BOAT & FISHING GEAR. Some basic fishing rods & tackle are also provided. If you're lucky you might catch a dinner of Redfish, Snook, Spotted Seatrout or Mullet off the dock or head for the bay or Gulf.

Amenities: Enjoy a pleasent breeze at this waterfront setting from the large rear deck or on the dock. The deck has access to both bedrooms. Screened side patio includes gas grill. Large fully equipped kitchen. Ample room for boat. Park your boat trailer on-site.

Eat oranges and grapefruit during the season off your own trees. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking & canoeing. 30 minutes to fabulous Gulf beaches by car. Groceries, drug stores and restaurants less than a mile. Minutes to Citrus Park & International Plaza shopping malls.

All inclusive with 3 TVs (large screen HDTV in living room), fully equiped kitchen, towels, linens, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas grille, king bed in master, queen in 2nd BR, sleeps 4 with 2 more on futon in living room. Washer & dryer. Iron with ironing board.

Bring your cell phone - no land line phone in unit.

Activities and Attractions: 10 minutes to Raymond James Stadium, home of Tampa Bay Bucs. 10 minutes to the Yankee's winter home. 20 minutes to Tampa Bay Lightning hockey and concerts at St Pete Time's Forum. 30 minutes to historic Ybor City or Channelside and nightlife. 30 minutes to Tropicana field & Rays baseball. 20 minutes to Florida Aquarium or Busch Gardens & Adventure Island. 90 minutes to Orlando and its many attractions.

Primary renter must be 25 or older.

25% deposit, balance due upon check in. Deposit refund only with 30 or more day notice.

A one time $50 cleaning fee will be charged on stays of 13 nights and less. Maid service available for extended stays.
