Looking to enjoy yourself at the beach and enjoy a few (ok who’s counting) rounds of golf? This is the house for you. Surf & Turf is one house in off Ocean Boulevard North and just a few steps from the beach access. There are too many golf courses to count within an easy drive of the house. So enjoy a day at the beach or a round or 2 of golf and then enjoy the hot tub or private full size pool in the back yard. The hot tub is located under the house and out of the elements to be enjoyed no matter what the weather might be. The house is an easy walk to the Surfside Pier and local Surfside restaurants.
The full size private pool is now heated March/April/May and September/October if desired for a small extra fee.
The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The cable TV also has some free movie channels for your enjoyment. And there is free high speed WIFI internet access in the home.
There are places in the dining area for all 14 guests to sit and enjoy a meal together if desired. The kitchen is nicely equipped for those who enjoy cooking, for those who don’t want to cook there are plenty of restaurants nearby offering every kind of cuisine you can imagine!
All 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom (except the first floor bedroom that has direct access to the bathroom but shares it with the rest of the floor). The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom with an oversized tiled shower. All of the other bedrooms have queen sized beds. The bedrooms all have their own TVs. There are also 2 TV sitting areas that have flat screen TVs and DVD players. These areas have sofa beds with queen sized beds that make them an ideal location for the kids to enjoy TV or movies without bothering the others in the home. In fact the first floor TV sitting area is connected to the bathroom for the first floor bedroom making this area a family “mini-suite” for those with small children.
The master bedroom has a private deck off the back of the house. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or some quiet time before bedtime.
The owners take pride in the home and want you to enjoy it as much as they do.
Golf, shopping, water parks, miniature golf, shows and attractions are only minutes away. The marsh walk and restaurant row in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island are only a 15 minute drive or less & historic Charleston is a 90 minute drive south.
The house now has its own golf cart- yours to use for free during your stay! There may be times when the golf cart is not available due to the need of service or damage from other renters, we will do everything possible to have it available.

Rates do not include linens (all bedrooms do have blankets and comforters) but these can be arranged if you do not want to bring your own. The house has its own washer and dryer. Concierge service is available & we can stock the fridge for you before you arrive if you wish. Do you want to rent bicycles, golf carts, beach chairs, umbrellas or any other item? We can arrange these items as well.

The house was located close to the beach. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a definite plus. The use of the golf cart was also appreciated, not to mention the hot tub!
It was a very nice location and having a golf cart to use was wonderful. The house was clean and spacious. They had pool cleaners out several mornings so the pool and surrounding area was always very nice. Alan is very easy to work with. He helped to resolve any issues we had.
Mr. Kirschner was very responsive to any of our needs during our stay. The house was very nice and well furnished. It was clean and tidy. The only complaint out of the group was that the three queen beds upstairs could use replacing. Overall very happy with our stay!
We hadn't been to Myrtle Beach for 35 years. This was a return with our children and grandchildren. The home was beautiful with space for all. It was so convenient to the beach and the golf cart was such a help. We had a wonderful time.
I am the vacation planner for my family and have booked through VRBO and other sites for many years. I am always trying to find that perfect home that would please everyone. I found it in this home!! Our stay was wonderful. The house was absolutely perfect! The pictures do not do this home justice. The beds were very comfy!!! With everyone one having their own bathroom and the kids enjoying their separate areas with sleeper sofas with TV and DVD. The Kids loved the pool and us adults could easily watch them from the covered deck overlooking the area. The walk to the beach was easy, especially with the golf cart to haul all of our stuff. Many close restaurants and close to Coastal Carolina University where my daughter attends college and the main reason for our visit. Alan was a pleasure to work with and very helpful with all of our needs. Thanks again for sharing this wonderful home and making the planning of this trip so simple. I hope to go back again soon!!
