Our home is located across the street from the beach and just 7 short blocks to restaurants & the Surfside Pier. There are beach and ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen (where else can you cook and see the ocean?) and the master bedroom. Also, Surfside still allows Beach Tents!
The pool is a FULL SIZE pool that is heated March/April/May and September/October for an extra fee of $150.00. Enjoy the hot tub that is secluded and located under the house out of the elements then take a dip in the pool just a few steps away.
The living room has a 42' Flat Screen TV & a DVD player. The master bedroom has a king bed, its own bath, & a 32' LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom upstairs has 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, a 26' LCD TV & a DVD player. The third bedroom upstairs has 2 bunk beds with single beds on top and double beds on the bottom. This bedroom also as a 26' LCD TV & a DVD player. The first floor bedroom is a mini-master with a queen size bed, direct access to a bathroom, a 26' LCD TV & a DVD player.
We offer free wireless WIFI internet access.
There is seating for 14 to eat so all can eat at the same time if desired.

Golf, shopping, water parks, miniature golf, shows & attractions are only minutes away. Restaurant row in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island are only a 15 minute drive & historic Charleston is a 90 minute drive.
So come on down, enjoy the beach & then the pool during the day, take a relaxing soak in the hot tub at night and then the midnight swim. Enjoy your favorite beverage at the pool within arms reach to the outside fridge.
Rates do not include linens but these can be arranged if you do not want to bring your own. Concierge service is available & we can stock the fridge for you before you arrive if you wish.

Awesome family vacation home! Quiet area but close to everything. This home is always clean and big enough for a large group. One of the few Surfside homes with a full size private pool and hot tub. Our kids love it! We look forward to next year!
We had a total of 7 of us visiting for a week and fell in love with the house and pool as soon as we arrived. Very well maintained and very clean inside and out. The private pool and hot tub was the perfect to start and finish to the day. During the day, simply cross the street (we even used the golf cart because that is always fun) and enjoy the beach... it was perfect, never too busy (and we were there over July 4). We will be back again!
We have a lovely family vacation. The location was perfect !!! The accommodations were great. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
We were very impressed with the property. Great location. It was clean, and the kitchen had everything needed. My grandson really enjoyed the pool and golf cart. Can't wait to do it again next year.
