This is an immaculate house that has been rent by celebrities and world class designers. It is a luxury vacation rental in the best location in all of St.Petersburg.

This is a truly one of a kind fully furnished house featuring interior designs. All the furniture in the house is very high end and many pieces we have collected from our travels around the world.

The house will be greeted you by a beautiful waterfall in the courtyard. The master bedroom is very private and luxurious, with a balcony overlooking Florida, mini living room and spa like bathroom.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all small appliances, toaster, blender, microwave, coffeemaker, pots, pans and cooking wear. Laundry room is with full size washer, dryer, folding stations and electric iron.

This former model house sits on a large secluded, fully fenced corner lot complete with gorgeous heated pool and spa with waterfall. This executive house is literally 5 minutes freeway from the airport but there is no noise at all.

Rates are $75 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Policy

No Smoking in the home but ok to smoke in back yard. 

Please raise or lower the thermostat when you are out of the home for extended periods of time and re-adjust it to your comfort upon returning.

Save $100 off cleaning fee if you leave the home as it was when you arrived.

Security deposit refunded with 2 weeks after you check out minus any damages or missing items if any. 

When checking out:

  • Please set the thermostat to 84 degrees
  • Please leave both sets of keys on the kitchen table and lock all the doors behind you.

$75 per night (2 night minimum) (Holiday/Special Events $100 per night)
Stay 7 nights and the 7th night is FREE
State & County taxes will be added to total nightly rate
Cleaning fee is $125 however if you leave the house as it was when you arrived $100 of the fee can be waived
Refundable security deposit of $300 is required and will be refunded within 14 days of your departure if the house is left as it was upon your arrival

Refundable pet deposit if applicable of $200 is required and will be refunded within 14 days of your departure if there are no pet damages-owners are required to clean up after their pets.
