The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. There is plenty of space to store clothing etc in the closet and drawers. Bathrooms are up to date and very clean. Tim is very kind and answers all questions !!
The condo was located only minutes from stores, food, etc. on a lovely property. Tim went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Madeira Beach is about half an hour from the condo and we went to Johns Pass for shopping and the beach has white sand and crystal clear, warm water for your enjoyment. Definitely want to return in the future and highly recommend to anyone wanting a fantastic vacation with a great place to stay
We stayed here for a month and loved it. Just steps away from the sunset at the beach every night, close to parking, the pool, the laundry - it was all very nice and secure. It was very attentive to our needs. The bed was comfortable, the furniture in general was nice. Nothing negative to say. We would love to come back again! I would recommend this property to friends. The local marina a mile away has a charming tiny seafood restaurant, very good. Close to grocery stores and churches. Near biking paths.
Last year we decided to become Snowbirds for March 2016. After extensive search on VRBO and HomeAway we found this condo ... best find ever! The owner, Tim, is amazing to work with ... he was very informative about the rental process and while we were there no requests went unanswered ... eg. we needed a roll away bed and an air mattress for unexpected guests and within a day we had everything we needed. The condo is very well maintained and equipped, and has been completely renovated ... its location within the complex is wonderful ... 50 steps away and you are at the water where you can relax, watch the b oats, wildlife (especially the pelicans diving for food) and on a few occasions we saw dolphins passing thru 'the bay ... and beautiful sunsets! I would not hesitate to recommend this condo ... as for us ... we loved everything about it that we are now committed 'Snowbirds' ... see you next year, Tim! Thanks again for everything ... you definitely made our stay a wonderful experience.
Property was recently updated and was in great shape - Tim is a perfect host, landlord and all around nice guy. Loved the location and the view of the bay. Close to downtown St. Pete, Gulfport and I-275. Liked O'Maddy's for lunch and Billy's for dinner. Next time we will be staying for a month or two rather than 10 days !!
